Our story
Grandmother’s curry recipes from Mumbai, Mediterranean influences picked up in France, and a Texas address since 2019. 7 Monks brought a global kitchen to New Braunfels, where the flavors blend into something unique yet familiar.
Cumin, turmeric, and coriander run through the curries and into the shawarma marinades, because the kitchen cooks from a blended family palate. This is the best of all worlds.
